Frameworks, tools and models don't matter, satisfied customers do! Ten years of mobile built the judgement. Now I'm pointing it at AI: this page runs inference in four different places, each picked for what the problem actually needed.

browser

ask which project fits, on your machine

Type what you're after and a small model embeds your question, compares it against my real projects below, and points at the closest match — entirely on your device, no request goes out. It can't invent a project that doesn't exist; it can only find the nearest real one. About 50 MB, downloaded once and cached by your browser.

two of those layers, right now

This retrieves from a vector store on my own server, then asks Claude to answer only from what it found. It cites the sections it used, and shows you the real round trip.

Android on industrial barcode scanners — kiosk mode, self-updating, five warehouse processes off paper. If it stopped, the warehouse stopped.

  5. vreestory · 2019

    Wincanton Fire Safety

VR fire-safety training for a UK logistics company — rehearsing dangerous procedures without the danger, the most clearly justified use of VR on this list.

Android app for company drivers — daily delivery tasks, live reporting per stop, and parcel barcode scanning with the phone camera. Built in-house alongside Ozone Warehouse.

  7. vreestory · 2019

    Hood VR

VR recycling game built for Romania's Ministry of National Education, presented in more than 20 schools — the widest reach of anything here.

Banking outside the branch — a mobile app letting a financial institution's representatives serve customers in Cameroon, where branch infrastructure doesn't reach.

  10. vreestory · 2018

    OMV VR

Promotional VR game for a fuel brand, never shipped to a store — delivered instead at live events, touring the country with GearVR headsets.

  11. personal project · 2018

    Stylebox

An OpenCart store built for free, in his own time, for his mother's business — plus a companion WebView app. Went on to generate real revenue before the business closed.

  12. solvedout · 2017

    Hellboy VR

Dual 8K stereoscopic video on phone-driven headsets, for Lions Gate. No active cooling, one frame budget.

  13. allterco · 2017

    MyKi

  14. allterco · 2017

    Mtel TV Box

Launcher for a set-top box from Mtel, Bulgaria's largest mobile operator. Remote-control navigation, ten-foot interface, not a phone.

  15. allterco · 2017

    Madara Rider AR

AR tourism proof of concept — recognises Bulgaria's Madara Rider rock relief and plays a promotional video, built with Vuforia on Unity3D. A fast technology evaluation, not delivered work.

  16. allterco · 2016–2017

    Neonatal monitoring

Tablet app reading pulse oximeters for newborns over Bluetooth Low Energy, against firmware that changed underneath it.

  17. allterco · 2016
